We went to the practice track today to film some people, but I had time first to do a workout on the track. It went really well. Better than the same workout 2 years ago. There were only three of us working out at the time. While I was going, the media were taking so many photos of me (they were in the stands getting pictures for the newspaper). However, after our media person, Katie Larson, told them that I'm just a coach, they quit taking pictures of me. It was fun to think people cared for a while.

On the there, we go to ride the party bus again. This time, I got a good picture of it.

Yesterday, I got to do a run with Leo Manzano (1500m), Shannon Rowbury (1500m), and Ben Bruce (steeplechase). We went along the river trail. There was a lady sitting on a bench that asked us "USA?" as we went by. We told her, "Yes". On the way back, she was still there. This time she said something we couldn't understand then yelled, "I love you!". She was very entertaining. I think she was about 60 years old, but seems to be very excited about the world championships being here. There are banners and billboards all over the city advertising it.

The pictures besides the bus are from a park right next to our hotel. I still need to learn what the monuments are.
